Be in a New Self-Help Book for Twenty-Somethings

Check out this survey from my friend Christine Hassler, author of Twenty Something, Twenty Everything – the first guide book written for young women that helps them answer the questions:  Who am I, what do I want, and how do I get it?

Christine is writing her second book for women AND MEN!  Tentatively called: The Twenty Something Manifesto: Tales of Champagne Toasts & Expectation Hangovers (New World Library 2008), this book delves deeper into the issues of Expectation Hangovers™ and life skills to create change in one’s life.  The format of the book will include stories and guidance queries from twenty-something’s in a blog, stream of consciousness OR story-telling format followed by commentary by life coach and quarter-life crisis expert, Christine.

Christine is currently looking for feedback and stories to be featured in the book.  Share your experiences of disappointment, struggle, making change, learning a new behavior, drama, triumph, laughter, and whatever else your twenty something experience has brought you!  If chosen for publication, writers can be anonymous.  Stories don’t have to have a beginning, middle, and end; the writer can be in the midst of something or telling the story from a hindsight perspective.   Even if you don’t want to share a story, please take 5 minutes to complete Christine’s survey

Have fun!
