Profile: Project Managers need to be proactive, Project Managers need to look at the organization from a downsizing, cost cutting perspective. Yes, the project must be completed on time and within budget, but while orchestrating the project you have a great opportunity to be exposed to what is affecting the bottom line. Costs come in different forms, e.g. labor, materials, logistics, and finance. There are also hidden costs that may not be on the radar, for example reputation, and customer confidence.
When I take on a project in today’s’ economic environment my primary concern is the success of the project, but a very close second is my ability to see where cost saving can be made. Efficiency can also be viewed as a cost savings, and asking those who are inefficient may be a surprising source of enlightenment. Hide

Profile: I am a native of Northwest Arkansas. I would love to work for a growing and profitable Wal-Mart vendor. When I'm not working, I am with my family - they are most important to me.
