The Company is managed by its general partner, Pacific Energy GP, LP, a Delaware limited partnership, which, prior to its conversion to a limited partnership, on March 3, 2005, was Pacific Energy GP, Inc., a corporation owned 100% by a subsidiary of The Anschutz Corporation (Anschutz). For the three months ended 31 March 2006, Pacific Energy Partners, L.P.'s revenues rose 43% to $70.5M. Net income applicable to unitholders totaled $11.6M, up from $5.1M. Revenues reflect increased pipeline transporation revenues on the Rocky Mountain pipelines and higher storage and distribution revenues on systems.
