* Receive escalated and technically complex customer reported issues and maintain the ownership of the issue until it is completely resolved
* Resolve customer reported issues while working closely with the Engineering, SE and other cross functional teams and provide feedback to Engineering for improving the product quality and reliability
* Setup the test environments as necessary for replication

REQUIRMENTS
* Experience deploying anti-spam, virus or other email threat related signatures and policies
* Strong experience in web related technologies,
* Solid background in TCP/IP networking a must with strong Layer 3 through Layer 7 protocol knowledge required (i.e. HTTP, SMTP, POP3, FTP).
* Experience with firewalls and embedded development environment preferred.
* Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Strong background in either Unix or VxWorks systems a must.
* Self-motivated individual. Knowledge of compression algorithms
* Translating original version of English software including related documents to Japanese context, which has to be grammatically correct, compliant to industry standard, as well as most importantly, adequate to our customer requirement
