Open daily:
• Make coffee and set up servery
• Run register
• Check in to review menu and begin finishing prep for current day
• Check in with supervisor to see if anything is pressing
• Have sanitizer on station
• Assist sous chef in serving breakfast
• Assist sous chef in production for lunch
• Assist in cleaning schedule
Closing daily:
• Properly cool, store and label all food leftovers
• Prep
