Junior SW Engineer/Developer
At least 2 years of experience in any one of the technical areas mentioned above. You will be working in Design, Analysis, Development, and testing of the product.
Team Leader
Minimum 4 years of experience with the demonstrated leadership skills. Must have led a team of 4-5 Engineers on at least 2 projects. Must have done project Analysis (scheduling, milestone identification, resource requirement, cost estimates, status reports etc). Interact with the client for any technical support.
Senior SW Engineer/Developer
3-4 years of experience in any one of the technical areas mentioned above. Also reposible for mentoring the Junior Engineer in relevant cycles of the project.
