* Provide leadership and management of staff in all aspects of Consumer Retail Banking, Business Banking, business development in branch market
* Meet growth objectives of banking center
* Motivate, train, coach and supervise staff to meet banking center goals

* Work closely with officials of lending and borrowing institutions to better secure collateral, equity or other assets
* Coordinate with tax, legal, audit, credit/loan policy, and regulatory officials
* Work closely with loan recovery, legal and other departments to maximize recovery of non-performing loans
* Accepting deposits and cashing checks
* Processing travelers checks
* Providing excellent customer service
* Answering telephones, promoting bank products and services
* Meeting balancing and efficiency standards monthly
* Performing other teller functions as needed
* Service existing clients
* Retention of current clients
* Re-marketing renewals as necessary
* Receive and direct incoming division calls and email inquiries
* Assign division work orders with computer tracking system
* Generate daily UPS shipment labels, provide follow-up tracking, and reconcile weekly invoices
* Route daily work invoices to divisional departments for approval
* Provide or request support for copy machines, maintaining meter cards for banking center copier usage

* Develop new business in market and work with team to achieve goals and results
* Proactively assess and recommend appropriate credit arrangements for customers and prospects to ensure and maintain credit quality
* Expand and retain current business relationships
* Represent company in various civic and community functions
* Responsible for the investment research, management and trading activities for accounts
* Provide equity expertise within investment team
* Determine account asset allocation with administrator and client reviewing needs, objectives, risk and tax
* Manage separate accounts, participate in call program and new business efforts
