SRA International, Inc. provides information technology (IT) services and solutions in national security, civil government, and health-care and public health. The largest market of the Company, national security, includes the Department of Defense, the National Guard, the intelligence agencies and other federal organizations with homeland security missions. Its services span the IT lifecycle: strategic consulting; systems design, development and integration, and outsourcing and operations management. The Company develops business solutions for text and data mining, contingency and disaster response planning, information assurance, environmental strategies, conflict management and dispute resolution, enterprise architecture, network operations and management, enterprise systems management, and wireless integration services. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2005 (fiscal 2005), no single engagement accounted for more than 13%, of Company's revenue. For the nine months ended 31 March 2006, SRA International, Inc.'s revenues increased 38% to $882.1M. Net income increased 8% to $45.1M. Revenues reflect benefits from the acquisition of Galaxy and Touchstone. Net income was partially offset by a decrease in operating margins as percentage to revenue, a significant increase in selling, general & administrative expenses and increased depreciation & amortization expenses due to aquisitions.
