For the twenty six weeks ended 30 June 2006, Level 3 Communications, Inc.'s revenues increased 48% to $2.80B. Net loss increased 39% to $265M. Revenues reflect higher sales from communications segment & information services segment. Higher loss reflects an increase in cost of revenues, higher selling, general & administrative expense, increased depreciation & amortization charge, higher interest expense and presence of other non-operating expenses.
