For the six months ended 30 June 2006, Sepracor Inc.'s revenues rose 81% to $550.1M. Net income totaled $21.5M vs. a loss of $30M. Revenues reflect increased pharmaceutical product sales, higher franchise revenues and an increase in LUNESTA revenues. Net income reflects improved operating margins, higher interest income, reduced interest expense and a decrease in loss on equity in investee.
