Available Positions
Obtains venous, arterial, capillary blood samples from identified patients, labels and returns sample to Laboratory in a timely manner. Phlebotomist may, under supervision, perform certain Laboratory procedures, i.e., glucose meters, I-STAT, EKGs, arterial line draws Meets CLIA regulation 493.1423.

High School diploma or equivalent and/or full time TSTC/VBMC phlebotomy st
Provides/ manages nursing care to patients in collaboration with other members of the interdisciplinary health team. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates all assigned patient care. Is accountable for patient care given by him/her and by those under his/her supervision. Is responsible for adhering to all Standards of Nursing Practice.

The Anesthesia Technician performs the functions of the clinical readiness and set up of the surgical anesthesia needs of the patient in collaboration with the Anesthesiologist and Registered Nurse. Is accountable for adhering to the policy and procedures for managing anesthesia supplies and equipment.
