Summary: Responsible for implementing the Nursing Process based on established Standards of Practice and ensuring all patient care policies and procedures are adhered to in accordance with Newton Memorial Hospital policies, the Nurse Practice Act and the New Jersey State Licensure requirements.
Requirements: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree prefer

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Current NJ Registered Nurse License; I.V. Certification; Basic Life Support Certification

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three (3) months related experience and/or training. Previous medical office experience needed.
OTHER SKILLS: Knowledge of medical terminology and computers preferred. Be able to handle multiple high priorities at one time.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Licensed Social Worker (LSW); Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Education and/or Experience: Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology, two (2) year program; four (4) years relatedexperience in a hospital setting.
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: CPR Certification; Registered Radiologic Technologist; Certification in special procedures and/or two (2)or more modalities.

Education and/or Experience: Associates degree or equivalent from a two (2) year college or technical school. Certified Medical Assistant with one (1) to two (2) years related experience or ten (10) years phlebotomy experience.
