Online Resources Corporation provides outsourced, Internet financial technology services, branded to over 800 financial services provider clients in the United States. Online Resources provides specialized product offerings for three vertical financial services markets: banks and credit unions, credit card issuers and payment acquirers. The Company's Quotien product line is designed for banks, credit unions and other depository financial institutions. Online Resources provides a fully integrated suite of Web-based banking and payment services. It also offers its electronic bill payment services on a stand-alone basis. Its Incurrent product line is designed for credit card issuers and processors. Cardholders may access their account information, view transactions, set up payments and perform other self-service functions. Its CertnFunds product line is designed for e-commerce providers, primarily payment acquirers and large online billers. For the three months ended 31 March 2006, Online Resources Corp.'s revenue increased 11% to $16.7M. Net income decreased 66% to $757K. Revenues reflect a significant increase in payment services and professional services users. Net income was offset by a decrease in operating margins, an increase in general & administrative expenses, increased selling & marketing expenses and higher taxation expenses.
