Turn around times are very slow... Example if a turnaround is listed as 6 days, in reality it is usually 14-16 days

Quest Diagnostics has consistently incorrectly evaluated my blood calciun level. For the past 6 years my calcium level has been high. Not by their standards, but high enough to be an indicator that other testing should be done. Because this wasn't done I have had undiagnosed primary hyperparathyroidism and have just now learned that I have a parathyroid adenoma. Quest needs to re-evaluate it's standards as this disease goes undiagnosed for many years for that reason. My osteoporosis has been agravated by their mismanagement of testing standards. JOIN THE 21ST CENTURY QUEST!
