The desired skills that are required consist of:
PC troubleshooting and repair
Printer repair
Networking
Experience working with MS servers and workstation operating systems
Internet and EMAIL protocols
Software installation and troubleshooting
The ability to interface with customers
Mechanical and electronic troubleshooting abilities
Previous proven experience in customer service
Macintosh experience a plus
Duties include installation and connectivity of printer/copier to customer's computers and networks
Troubleshooting and repairing PC's, printers and networks
Monitoring and maintaining in-house network and workstations
Assist sales department in technical sales aspect of our products.

A+ and Network+ certifications are required for this position.
Starting salary ranges between $23-$29k/year.
