(0311) NURSE PRACTITIONER: (PRN) NAN CLINIC
Position Summary – Shall be licensed in the State of Mississippi and must practice according to a Board approved protocol which has mutual agreement of and by a Mississippi licensed physician and the approval by the Board of Trustees.  Confers with physician(s) concerning assigned patients.  Keep physician(s) informed, as is appropriate, of needs and problems related to patient care.  Implements and maintains established Clinic policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control.
QUALIFICATIONS – Master’s Degree in Nursing with Family Practice focus.  Previous work experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner preferred.  Current license as an APRN by the Mississippi State Board of Nursing.  Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
