Job Summary * The Director of Employee Education/Customer Service is responsible for the planning, development, review, approval and coordination of Employee Education and Customer Service for Columbus Regional.
Essential Job Duties 1. Reviews, approves and coordinates professional, in-service, training and education programs, including Synquest, applying professional quality standards. 2. Assesses and analyzes the needs of each division for education programming and services. Develops plans, budgets, curricula in association to meet the identified needs and the goals. 3. Assures the appropriate records of educational services required for credit, certification, inspections, surveys, or review by outside agencies and organizations are established, maintained and retained within current standards as appropriate. 4. Responsible for customer satisfaction measurement, monitoring, reporting, tracking/trending. 5. Designs, develops and implements Employee Education and Customer Service training programs/classes. 6.
