Supervises and directs the adjustment and administration of vendor claims in an assigned territory.  Responsible for all facets of the overall vendor program as well as each individual vendor claim.

Position Requirements

Supervises entire vendor program for the assigned territory.

Reviews, approves and authorizes payment every individual vendor claim.

Conducts case reviews and evaluates vendor performance by continuous review of claims statistics, open and closed file evaluations, reinspections, and observation of activities on vendor claims.

Reviews and tracks vendor claims as well as financial and estimating trends to facilitate continual program improvement as well as improvement of individual vendors.

Sets and adjusts claim reserves within authority.

Responsible for compliance with published company procedures.

Recommends and carries out programs designed to meet the administrative technical training and overall development needs of all assigned personnel.
