* Assisting with the resolution of client issues by acting as a liaison with other departments. * Recommending topics for development of client training programs. * Building strong client relationships and providing quality service. * Informing and counseling clients on human resources policies, procedures, performance management, recruitment, employee relations, and employment law. * Participating in client visits to communicate new and existing services offered by the Paychex Premier product. * Conducting on-site enrollment meetings as needed. * Consulting with clients on industry trends and compliance topics relating to section 125 plan administration, health care, and retirement plans. * Presenting or coordinating human resource training sessions for clients and their employees. * Partnering with sales and operations to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required. A minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience with an emphasis in employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration are required. PHR certification is strongly preferred.
