Immediate full time opening. The individual will plan, direct, coordinate and evaluate the performance improvement program of Alhambra Hospital Medical. Must have a positive attitude and friendly personality in order to interact with patients, visitors, hospital staff, medical staff and the general staff. Must be able to work under pressure.

REQUIREMENTS:
Current Californiat RN License is required
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required
Previous performance improvement experience required (minimum of 2 years)
Two years of progressive management experience preferred.
Bachelor degreee in Nursing or related field is desired. Master's degree is preferred.
Certification in respective specialty is preferred
