Portable Power Management Senior System/Applications Engineer

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly-dynamic power management application team within Broadcom Corporation. This factory AE position involves power management and battery management (PMU) chip level verification. The position is based in Irvine California. The PMU integrates complex mixed-signal design that includes multi-mode switching buck regulators, boost regulators, LDOs, battery chargers for Li-ion battery, fuel gauge, ADC converter, and audio amplifier with complex system usage models.

As a Senior Application Engineer, you will be involving in the new product development of state-of-the-art cell phone and wireless handset power management unit (PMU) integrated circuits. Products include highly integrated power management units, multi-function switchers, linear regulators, and battery management devices for Industry leading cell phone and handhelds customers.
