. Responsibilities also will include Initiating projects aligned with key metric results and to support organizational objectives. The successful candidate will supervise staff and manage performance in light of internal service level agreements.
Skills Candidates must have managed/led contract negotiations with Transportation Providers for all modes of transportation (air/truckload/ocean/less than truckload/parcel). Experience working in a high shipment volume environment and managing data that supported the operation is essential. Experience with Transportation Management Systems required. Candidates should have proven skills initiating and leading collaborative projects that have had strategic and cross-functional organizational impact.
Education Bachelor's degree. Master's degree in Logistics or MBA strongly preferred
