The ideal candidate will lead engagements by being responsible for all aspects of accounting and audit assurance services for both public and private clients, interfacing with the accounting/finance departments as well as senior management and audit committees and client legal counsel on SEC reporting and compliance matters. A high energy, entrepreneurial, proactive individual, this person will be responsible for managing multiple relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through providing high quality service deliverables including consulting and reporting on financial and non-financial information, annual audits, and quarterly reviews. The successful candidate will develop and maintain strong client relationships; implement new technical standards; expand client services; manage risk, billable hours, and revenue generation.
Industry expertise with construction and real estate, manufacturing and distribution, hospitality, consumer finance companies, transportation, and technology is desirable. Knowledge of FASB 123R, SAB 104, debt and equity transaction derivatives and intangible asset impairment analysis is preferred.
