We seek a direct admit Partner who will be part of a team that is building the commercial (for profit) side of the business and who can help to attract the talent to work on such engagements. The candidate will support the firm?s strategic direction and focus to be the Firm of Choice. The candidate will be responsible for the following: Leadership, People Development, Client Service and Relationship Management, Technical Support, and New Business Development. Candidates should be high energy, entrepreneurial, proactive, flexible, creative, resourceful, as well as have demonstrated initiative and integrity.
Experience in any of the following industries is desirable: Financial Institutions, Commercial/SEC (public companies will less than $100 million in revenue), Real Estate and Construction.
Qualifications:
The perfect candidate will have?
* BS in Accounting or Finance
* CPA and Masters strongly desired
* 10 or more years experience with a large local, regional or national accounting firm as well as significant commercial experience. The preference is for someone with a demonstrable background in helping to build a discipline area or practice unit.
