Cherry Bekaert and Holland, L.L.P.?s Transaction Services group is expanding its team and is searching for TSS Managers with proven track records in leading and conducting financial due diligence assignments and providing other transaction related services.
Selected candidates will have the opportunity to work with strategic and financial buyers conducting domestic and international M&A activities. Individuals will oversee the activities of a multi-disciplined team of financial, tax and IT professionals focused on assessing critical aspects of acquisition and divestiture activities.
Responsibilities for this position include:
* Manage buy-side and sell-side transaction services engagement teams throughout the entire transaction life cycle
* Effectively analyze financial and operational results
* Assist in the development and design of tailored transaction work programs
* Assist clients with the development of purchase price allocations
