The Corporate Logistics Administrative Assistant will provide overall support to the Logistics Department, including but not limited to:

-Management of shipping documents
-Auditing
-Filing
-Archiving
-Manage general office activities including scheduling meetings, ordering and maintaining internal budgets (e.g., office supplies), routing phone messages to the correct individuals, processing external and internal invoices, handling department mail, packages and faxes.
-Maintain organizational charts and create PowerPoint presentations.
-Support with budget activities and complete expense reports.
-Support the group with payroll activities.
-Provide backup support to other department administrative assistances.
-Assist in travel arrangements for the group and maintain group calendar.
-Coordinate with hiring manager to ensure new employees have computer and office equipment, working phone and welcome packet.
-Coordinate group outings and events.
-Provide support as needed on special projects.
Skills Candidate must be able to multitask and be organized, efficient and flexible. Candidate should be detail and team orientated with strong verbal and written communication skills....
