Job Summary Con-way Freight (LTL) is looking for people-oriented, highly motivated, self-starters who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. In this front-line supervisory position, you will supervise inbound, city, or outbound freight operations, with responsibilities including shift planning, freight loading and unloading, routing, proper documentation and procedure control for hazardous material shipments, and management of OS&D activities.
Job Requirements Position requires excellent organization skills, the ability to balance multiple tasks while positively motivating and communicating clear and concise directions to others. Minimum of two years of industry or supervisory experience in LTL freight transportation preferred. Understanding of and ability to use computers is essential.
