POSITION SUMMARY:
As part of the small, dynamic international marketing team, On-Air Managing Producer will be responsible for affiliate relations and on-air brand management for all AETN international brands, as well as project management for Crime & Investigation Network, The Biography Channel, and A&E.
Affiliate relations and on-air brand management
•Work with affiliates to maintain promotional strategies, brand integrity and communication
•Facilitate regular communication with affiliates and hone our affiliate communication systems
•Work hand-in-hand with on-air staff producer on the roll out of all on-air projects to affiliates and follow up on their use.
•Review affiliate works-in-progress, as well as airchecks
•Work with on-air team to provide launch support and brand training in new markets
•Work with International Programming for affiliate program scheduling & catalogue updates
•Develop promotional strategies
•Stay informed of industry best practices
Project management
•Oversee all CI, Bio, and A&E projects to their fruition, ie promo campaigns, graphic packages, image campaigns
