- The trade processing systems team seeks a full-time development manager to support the Trade Management Systems (TMS) development group. This will require management of full-time development resources, analysts as well as offshore developers. Monitor the TMS system during peak business volumes and quickly react to business needs while coordinating with technical staff to resolve technical issues. Support future enhancements of the TMS application by working with analysts to understand business requirements and complete development of business functionality according to State Street’s published Development Process Framework. Finally, we are looking for someone with an aptitude for learning new things and the ability to handle production support and communication with clients in a professional manager under sometimes stressful conditions.
