Manage the day-to-day business operations, merchandising and people resources to generate retail sales of Bose® products within the Bose retail store. Implement operational strategies to increase sales and market awareness. Facilitate the development of staff by executing the Employee Development Program. Train, develop and guide members of the Bose team in all facets of store operations, sales and presentations, optimum customer service, and stimulate an exciting shopping experience. Support and participate in floor sales processes, including providing quality presentations and product demonstrations, ensuring total customer satisfaction and developing strong customer rapport. Skills Strong leadership and motivation of salespeople also required, along with ability to deliver presentations to large groups.
Requires 5-7 years' in retail sales, with at least 2 years of sales or retail store management experience. At least 1 year of Bose retail experience preferred. Education Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
