Seeking candidates with extensive experience with large Solar/Wind/Renewable Energy Projects. Responsible for the administration and execution of assigned projects in safe, profitable and timely manner. Often assigned multiple projects or projects of larger contract amounts and/or complexity. Manages the work in a manner consistent with standards of quality and integrity. Establishes and maintains professional working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers. Participates as requested in the marketing, estimating, bidding an contract negotiation phases of the projects assigned.

Responsibilities:
1. May supervise staff, including: establishing and communicating performance expectations, providing positive and constructive feedback, determining training and development needs and conducting on-the-job training. May conduct Career Development Reviews. May make hiring, discipline and/or termination decisions.
2. Reviews estimates with attention to: Adherence to cost control system, Equipment requirements and utilization, Constructability, Formwork, materials, and manpower.
