This person will be responsible for DSP infrastructure design and development. S/he must be able to make good trade-offs between flexibility and efficiency as s/he builds upon current Bose frameworks. S/he will work with other team members to develop and implement next generation audio DSP algorithms, and port current algorithms to other platforms.
Skills Skills and Experience Required:

• Signal processing, especially algorithm implementation and development.
• DSP framework experience, especially audio frameworks and modular frameworks, and /or multi-processor environments.
• C language
• DSP assembly and optimization
• Good debugging skills.

Skills Desired:

• Experience in audio algorithms
• SHARC and/or Freescale 56K assembly.
• MATLAB/Simulink
• Optimization and MIPs/Memory analysis.
Education BS in Electrical Engineering required, MSEE preferred and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
