* Perform general maintenance service and repairs in a professional office building and the surrounding grounds using skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, masonry, architectural hardware irrigation, and HVAC system.
* Accurately document labor hours and materials used on assigned projects. Identify and report to the supervisor repair needs and safety discrepancies when observed in the facilities.
* Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
* Safely operate company van/cars and small power equipment (drills, saws, etc).
* Perform light janitorial responsibilities including refilling and repairing dispensers, washing windows and cleaning up spills.
