Responsibility for managing all Human Resource activities in a fast-paced environment for the Napoleon, Oh manufacturing facilities within the North American Supply Chain. Functions include, but are not limited to, employee relations, organizational development and effectiveness, Occupational Safety & Health, recruiting and retention, benefits administration, training, Affirmative Action, performance management, STD/LTD/FMLA, and continuous improvement. Driven to inspiring trust, creating direction, driving organizational alignment and executing with excellence; this position requires a competent, experienced, self-motivated individual; organized and possessing excellent time management skills.
Principal Accountabilities 1. 55% - Lead all HR activities for the Napoleon locations, PeopleSoft administration, focal review & objective setting, diversity initiatives, regulatory program compliance, achievement of key HR metrics, etc.. 2. 25% - Provide all Generalist support to approximately 1600-person client base.
