Senior Voice Network Engineer AIG Global Services (AIGGS) is AIG’s global IT infrastructure organization. AIGGS hosts and supports computing platforms for many AIG divisions and AIG's global network. We currently have a Senior Voice Network Engineer position available in our Fort Worth Data Center. Position Overview The purpose of this position is to provide operational support for Fort Worth Data center Voice infrastructure. The Senior VoIP Engineer assists in the support, planning, installation, set-up, testing, performance monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IP and analog stations on an IP network. The Senior VoIP Engineer will be a key team member eho supports the implementation team. Since this is a leadership position, it requires many soft skills in analysis, billing, teamwork, communications, planning, flexibility, conflict resolution, persuasiveness, record keeping and follow-up, and facilitation.
