Reporting to the Human Resources Manager the Human Resources Coordinator will efficiently perform a wide variety of human resources and benefits administrative functions related to the employee record and enrollemnts fo all employees at the assigend location. In addition to 7+ years of experience in human resources, we are looking for an individual who possesses a solutions oriented approach to dealing with the challenges associated with fast growth.
Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities include:
* advises employees regarding procedures and benefits and maintains confidential company and employee benefit and personnel records in hard copy and electronically * responsible for the coordination and implementation of human resource related projects * completes and processes employee hire and change of status forms, supporting the maintenance of the Human Resources Information System database (currently Paychex) * coordinates the processing and filing of employee related records * conducts new-hire orientation
