PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
Provide essential business analysis and reporting for the Product and Technical Support organization.

Specific Responsibilities:
•Provide analysis and modeling development on product cost, pricing and acceptance rate on service programs
•Forecast unit volumes and revenue for service programs
•Partner with service support groups to develop reporting, process flow and exception monitoring
•Develop and monitor margin and KPI performance
•Actively participates in benchmarking for best in class performance metrics
•Collaborates with other groups performing market and/or customer research to contribute latent feedback and analysis
•Interfaces with divisional business advisor, manufacturing/repair operations and engineering support groups
Skills Qualifications and skills:
•Analytical and detailed oriented
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Solid project management skills
•Expert in Excel and Word
•Siebel and Business Objects experience (or other database query tools) required
•SAP Financial experience
•Data validation experience and ability to audit reports
Education BS/BA Degree in business required. MBA preferred. 6 – 8 minimum years related work...
