Job Description:

Air Products Healthcare is currently seeking highly experienced and qualified individuals to effectively manage and support all customer service functions. Customer Service Representatives will ensure customer satisfaction while promoting and fostering an atmosphere of teamwork.

Job Responsibilities:

-Identifying customer needs and developing processes to achieve results.
-Receive and process approximately 35-45 calls per day.
-Collect all necessary data relevant to customer needs.
-Interpret, verify and process data to determine patient eligibility.
-Facilitate the delivery and pick-up of the equipment in a timely manner.
