Quality Control Technician · Wauwatosa, WI
As a Quality Control Technician for Anixter Fasteners, you will compile and analyze relevant data (using calipers, micrometers, Vertex CMM, Optical comparator, hardness testing, and sample preparation) and determine effective internal actions to correct and prevent product discrepancies that affect performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is someone who is hands-on, energetic, organized, self-starter, multi-tasker, who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment with a desire to succeed and takes pride in their work.. You will have an associate science degree or equivalent technical training, and 2+ years quality control experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with Industrial Fasteners or in a product-related industry a definite plus!
