The Vice President and Business Unit (BU) Leader is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the Healthways Inc. Minnesota Business Unit, located in Eagan, MN. The BU Leader manages P&L for the Business Unit and has direct responsibility for setting and achieving the strategic business goals assigned to the BU. In cooperation with the Senior Vice President and Operating Unit Leader, the BU Leader is responsible for taking the lead in assessing, developing, managing and evaluating all aspects of the BU's goals and objectives to include the strategic and tactical planning process and achievement of outcomes. The BU Leader will also lead a team of direct reports including Finance, Account Management, Clinical Excellence, Call Center Operations and Human Resources. Specific responsibilities include:

* Drives profitable growth within the BU by meeting and exceeding customer expectations and continuously looks for opportunities for value creation, value capture.

* Achieves revenue and cost goals by assisting team through active participation and engaging operations, clinical, finance, product or others as needed, to support sales and contract renewal process.
