Performance Profile:
• Position will be on-site and have direct interaction with clients, as well as client’s oversight organizations
• Position will ensure compliance risks in light of Federal Financial Regulations and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Position will assist in Federal financial statement preparation and/or auditing
• Ensure FMFIA and FFMIA compliance
• Develop and present recommendations for corrective action
• Assist client in achieving Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance
Required Skills:
• 1+ years experience with Federal Financial Management, including the CFO Act; Federal Financial Management Improvement Act; OMB and GAO Audit and Financial Statement Requirements; U.S. General Ledger; and Federal Accounting Standards preferred
• 1+ years experience in analysis of financial statements to assess program performance
• 2+ years project management experience
• 4+ years experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor degree required; degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 6+ years applicable previous work experience
