We are currently looking for a Document Scanning Assistant to join our Coporate Business Systems (CBS) team. CBS supports AIR's internal needs for application and database development and administration.

Responsibilities:
The Document Scanning Assistant will provide support in preparing documents for scanning; scanning into OnBase system; indexing scanned documents by fiscal years, periods, sub periods, voucher numbers and other AP transactional codes, ensuring documents can be retrieved by user community; boxing, labeling and coordinating transfer of archived documents to offsite storage and documenting management workflow processes.

Qualifications:
Candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years of document scanning experience (OnBase document management preferred). Working knowledge of databases, data entry, MS Office...
