The purpose of this position is to provide support for the Mini-Vac department. The Marketing Guest Service Administrative Assistant is responsible for web based reservations for Hilton Hawaiian Village and Hilton Waikoloa Village for both domestic reservations. In addition, the Marketing Guest Service Administrative Assistant prepares all mini-vac package marketing collaterals, and runs various marketing reports.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Monthly Tasks:
1. Run 45 days report to queue confirmation letters.
Miscellaneous Tasks:
1. Copying, filing, distributing documents for management and team members.
2. Process P.O. for Hopaco orders and marketing collateral work.
3. Monitor kitchen inventory, clean up, and order and pick up Costco items.

Job Requirements :
* Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word.
* Must type at least 40 wpm.
* Demonstrate excellent multi-tasking skills.
* Ability to prioritize tasks with minimum level of supervision.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Possess a positive attitude.Must be able to sit for extend periods of time.
