Provide Systems Administration support and decision making to the 300+ users and management at the National Passport Center, located in Portsmouth, NH. The position includes management of a staff six (and possibly more) Systems Administrators and Assistant Systems Administrators in support of 24/7 Passport production activity.

Specific Duties:

â?¢ Management of a technical staff currently consisting of six Systems and Assistant Systems Administrators (including performance and salary review, scheduling, and employment decisions) in a production environment
â?¢ Liaison with/to local Federal and local Contract management staffs responsible for meeting facility production mandates.
â?¢ Responsible for providing and maintaining high levels of continuous IT support to user and management community.
â?¢ Responsible for providing and supporting technical direction to local management

Required Knowledge - Skills - and Abilities:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 4 year directly related work experience are required.
Must have a minimum of 1 year management/supervisory experience.
