I.S. Operations Analyst · Glenview, IL
The I.S. Operations Analyst is responsible for technical support of forms design, printer deployment and testing for remote locations. The successful candidate will provide immediate support of critical customer issues; analyze defects, create fixes; and develop methods to track information. The person will also participate in new product development as time permits.
The ideal candidate will preferably have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Business courses in accounting, marketing, management and business administration are helpful. COBOL, Visual Basic, and C++ programming knowledge are essential. Microsoft Office Suite skills (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, PlanetPress and Word) are a Plus. Web Design (FrontPage) experience required. RECENT COLLEGE STUDENTS ARE WELCOME TO APPLY.
