We have an immediate full time position available for a Director of Performance Improvement. This individual must have a minimum of 2 years of previous hospital Performance Improvement experience and preferably 2 years of progressive management experience. California RN license is required. The individual must have a positive attitude and a friendly personality in order to interact with patients, visitors, and the overall staff.
We are seeking for an individual who will facilitate, direct, coordinate, and provide guidance and education to the Administrative team, physicians, department heads and other employees in UR/QI/Risk and related areas. This individual will insure a high level of quality in patient care by assisting department in organizing a well defined and well documented PI program. This individual will also assist with in-service of hospital departments and staff on the purpose, goals and objectives for a hospital wide quality program.
