- Bachelor's Degree Required - 2-3 years experience required PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Assists in the organization and monitoring of the Education department to assure compliance with established ACMC goals and regulatory agency standards. 2. Organizes and provides specific patient education in compliance with established policy and regulatory agency standards. 3. Provides health screening and education activities at the Senior Center and other community outreach sites to assure patient needs addressed. 4. Assists in the implementation of activities related to utilization of Performance Management Process. 5. Assesses educational needs of ACMC staff and provides guidance for education based on needs/requirements. 6. Responsible for creating, delivering, and evaluating new employee orientation for nursing staff. 7. Assist in the conduction of regular needs assessment and bases course offerings and learning resources upon this data. 8. Coordinates and facilitates the annual ACMC Academy high school internship program.
