Daily Responsibilities • Liaise with the national voluntary resettlement agencies (Volags) and Overseas Processing Entities (OPEs) on the refugee assurance process.
• Follow up with the national Volags on any changes made to a case, and request amended assurances accordingly.
• Verify amended assurances.
• Ensure that assurance reports are accurate and timely.
• Ensure that outstanding assurances are responded to appropriately by verifying all information.
• Keep track of the assurance lifecycle.
Daily Responsibilities Continued Will supervise Production environment to ensure it works seamlessly at all times.
Required: Years of experience (min) 6-9
Required: Degree Bachelors
Required: Skills • Excellent written and oral communications skills. English required; fluency in other languages is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills that reflect problem identification and resolution capability.
• Well-developed interpersonal relations skills, including the ability to work in a team environment.
