Position Title Allocations Analyst, Domestic Operations Unit
Location Virginia - Off-site (VA99)
Daily Responsibilities • Oversee the refugee allocations process, including the development of allocations lists.
• Track Interest Forms.
• Effectively liaise with the national Volags on the allocations process.
• Monitor and keep track of case transfers.
• Ensure logistics for weekly allocations meetings.
Required: Years of experience (min) 6-9
Required: Degree Bachelors
Required: Skills • Excellent written and oral communications skills. English required; fluency in other languages is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills that reflect problem identification and resolution capability.
• Well-developed interpersonal relations skills, including the ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Undergraduate degree or high school certification with 6 or more years highly relevant work and educational experience.
