Daily Responsibilities • Verify and conduct quality assurance on refugee Affidavits of Relationship (AOR) received from the national Volags.
• Follow up with the national Volags on any incorrect AORs.
• Ensure that all supporting documentation is correct and ready for transmittal to USCIS Refugee Access Verification Unit (RAVU).
• Effectively liaise with the national Volags on the status of AOR cases.
• Coordinate AOR processing with the OPEs.
• Enter all AOR data
Required: Years of experience (min) 6-9
Required: Degree Bachelors
Required: Skills • Excellent written and oral communications skills. English required; fluency in other languages is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills that reflect problem identification and resolution capability.
• Well-developed interpersonal relations skills, including the ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Undergraduate degree or high school certification with 6 or more years highly relevant work and educational experience.
